What do I need?
Registered owner, valid driver's license (or government ID accompanied by a licensed driver), current registration, current insurance, and payment of all fees (Cash or major credit cards with matching ID)
When are you open?
Impound release hours are Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30 by appointment only. Make an appointment by calling the office in which your vehicle is located. Brush:970-842-2865 Sterling: 970-522-2576
Lock-Up Lot Rules and Procedures
No unauthorized vehicles beyond the gate.
Registered owner is the only person permitted in the lot
30 minutes will be allotted to clean out vehicle
No working on the vehicle while in the lot
Any parts attached to the car may not be removed
Including: Tool boxes, stereo, amp, driving lights, speakers, fog lights, Ect.
For non-driving vehicles, there is a $85 load out fee or $100 to drop off a vehicle within city limits.
This applies to every vehicle being picked up by a private party
The only items that will be released to the owner without payment are: Cell Phone, Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, any Child Restraint System, State or Federal issued identification, and Cash and or Credit Card for immediate payment of fees.
